"The Ghost Chili" Bhut Jolokia

Hi guys let’s talk about  chili. Do you  like to eat spicy food? I think everybody often taste it especially the Asian. But, do you know, there is a Chili that 100 times hotter   than others chili?

The Hottest chili in the world is in India, named  Bhut Jolokia. Bhut Jolokia itself means 'Ghost Chili'. people called by that name because the spicy level of this chili  like the devil.
Bhut Jolokia  is not arbitrary chili,because level of spiciness up to 1000 times higher than the usual chili you find in the kitchen. Imagine if it gets splashed in our eyes?, wow it will be painful. It is also inspiring the scientists in India to create a grenade containing powder Bhut Jolokia.

the level of spiciness was tested using a scale of Scoville Heat Units (SHU), Bhut Jolokia chili turned out to have a rate of up to 1 million SHU pungency.
it means that almost two times more pungent than the previous record holder chili  'Red Sawina' that the SHU was only just reached 577 000. The results of this research was conducted and published by the American Society For Horticultural Science. it is apparently a great impact on the food industry, because they no longer need to pepper in considerable numbers, but quite a few Bhut Jolokia, was able to make a very spicy foods.
Bhut Jolokia was elected to the top of the spicy and enters the world record books.
